High-Efficiency Soya Oil Refining Systems

Soya Oil refining requires precise management of high gum content and pigment profiles. Our systems utilize an advanced Physical Refining approach, which minimizes oil loss and avoids the harsh effects of traditional chemical treatments. This process is engineered to produce a pure, stable end-product while preserving the oil’s natural nutritional integrity.

High-Efficiency Soya Oil Refining Systems

The Process

Advanced Degumming & Washing: A specialized process designed to remove phosphatides(gums) with industry - leading low oil retention.This stage ensures the best quality feedstock for refining without intensive chemical intervention.

Precision Bleaching: The degummed oil is treated with specific Activated Earth and Carbon, tailored to the input oil’s color profile, to remove pigments and oxidative impurities.

Physical Deodorization: Bleached oil is processed in a specially designed high - vacuum Deodorizer.This stage strips free fatty acids(FFA) and volatile odoriferous compounds at controlled temperatures.

Final Quality: The resulting refined oil is clear, bland in flavor, and entirely free from impurities and volatile materials.
