Premium Groundnut (Peanut) Oil Refining Systems

Groundnut oil refining requires a delicate approach to maintain its characteristic stability and high smoke point. Our 2026 technology utilizes Physical Refining to eliminate impurities without the harsh chemical interventions that can degrade oil quality. This process is specifically engineered to minimize neutral oil loss while ensuring the final product is pure, clear, and nutrient-rich.

The Process

Physical Degumming & Washing: A specialized conditioning stage that removes phosphatides(gums) through water and acid treatment.This process is optimized for groundnut oil to ensure maximum yield and a clean feedstock.

Advanced Bleaching: The oil is treated with a customized ratio of Activated Earth and Carbon to remove deep - seated color pigments and oxidative products, resulting in a bright, golden appearance.

Physical Deodorization: The pre - treated oil is processed in a high - vacuum, specially designed Deodorizer.This stage efficiently strips away Free Fatty Acids(FFA) and volatile odor compounds while maintaining the oil's natural stability
