The Process

Enzymatic or Physical Degumming: A specialized washing and conditioning process that removes phosphatides(gums) with precision, ensuring maximum yield and a high - quality feedstock.

Targeted Bleaching: Employs a specific blend of Activated Earth and Carbon, tailored to the high - pigment content of crude corn oil, to achieve a brilliant, pale - golden clarity

Continuous Dewaxing & Winterization: Corn oil contains specific waxes that can cause turbidity.Our continuous crystallization process chills the oil to below 10°C(tailored to your required cloud point) to ensure the oil remains perfectly clear even under refrigeration

High - Vacuum Physical Deodorization: The oil is processed in a custom - engineered Deodorizer to strip Free Fatty Acids(FFA) and odoriferous volatiles.This stage is optimized for 2026 energy standards to provide a bland, stable, and pure final product
